Welcome to Dolcelle. By accessing our store and making a purchase, you accept these Terms and Conditions in full. We recommend reading them carefully before placing any order.

1. GENERAL INFORMATION
The Dolcelle online store is operated through the Shopify platform and is governed by applicable Spanish law. By browsing our store and making a purchase, you confirm that you are over 18 years of age or have the consent of your legal guardian, and that the information you provide is truthful, complete, and up to date.
Dolcelle reserves the right to modify, update, or withdraw any product, price, or content from the store at any time without prior notice. Changes to these Terms and Conditions take effect from the moment they are published in the store.
2. PRODUCTS
Dolcelle is a store specializing in women's cosmetics and skincare. We strive to describe our products as accurately as possible, including images, ingredients, and directions for use. However, we do not guarantee that the descriptions are absolutely accurate, complete, or free of typographical errors.
Results from using our products may vary from person to person depending on skin type, frequency of use, and other individual factors. Dolcelle does not guarantee specific results from the use of its products.
If a product you purchased does not match its description, contact us at tiendadolcelle@gmail.com and we'll handle it in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.
3. PRICES AND PAYMENTS
All prices shown in the store are expressed in euros and include applicable taxes, unless expressly stated otherwise. Dolcelle reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to your order will always be the one in effect at the moment you confirm the purchase.
We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit and debit card (Visa, Mastercard, and American Express).
- PayPal.
- Other methods available during the store's checkout process.
All payments are processed through secure payment gateways with SSL encryption. Dolcelle never stores your bank card details.
If a payment cannot be completed correctly, the order will be automatically canceled and we'll notify you by email.
4. ORDERS
When you place an order at Dolcelle, you are making an offer to purchase. The sales contract is considered finalized at the moment you receive the order confirmation email from us.
Dolcelle reserves the right to cancel or reject any order in the following cases:
- An error in the product's price or description.
- Signs of fraudulent activity or misuse of the platform.
- Inability to process the payment.
- Exceptional circumstances beyond our control.
If an order that has already been paid is canceled, we'll issue a full refund of the amount within the time frame stated in our Refund Policy.
5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Dolcelle offers free shipping to anywhere in the world. The estimated delivery time is 7 to 11 business days from payment confirmation, plus an additional processing time of 1 to 3 business days.
These time frames are estimates and may be affected by external factors beyond Dolcelle's control, such as customs holds, adverse weather conditions, or peak-season demand.

6. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
You have the right to return any item within 30 calendar days of receiving it. Refunds are handled according to the cases described in our Return and Refund Policy, available in the store, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content in the Dolcelle store, including but not limited to text, images, logos, videos, designs, and brand name, is the exclusive property of Dolcelle or its content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual and industrial property law.
The reproduction, distribution, modification, or use of any store content without the prior written authorization of Dolcelle is expressly prohibited.
8. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION
Dolcelle processes your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Spanish law. The data you provide during checkout is used exclusively to process your order, send you communications related to it, and — if you have expressly agreed — send you marketing communications.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Dolcelle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the store or the products purchased, including but not limited to financial losses, reputational harm, or loss of data.
Dolcelle's total liability to the customer shall in no case exceed the amount paid for the order that gave rise to the claim.
10. ALLERGIC REACTIONS AND PRODUCT USE
Our cosmetic products are dermatologically formulated and tested. However, every skin type is different, and Dolcelle cannot guarantee the absence of allergic or sensitivity reactions in all users.
We recommend reviewing the ingredient list before using the product and doing a patch test on a small area of skin before full application. In case of irritation, redness, or an adverse reaction, stop using the product immediately and consult a healthcare professional.
Dolcelle is not responsible for consequences arising from improper use of the product or the customer's failure to review the ingredients beforehand.
11. USER CONDUCT
When using our store, the user agrees not to carry out any of the following actions:
- Providing false or fraudulent information during checkout.
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the platform's systems, accounts, or data.
- Using the store for unlawful purposes or purposes contrary to good faith and accepted standards of conduct.
- Reproducing, copying, or exploiting any store content without prior authorization.
Dolcelle reserves the right to block access to the store for any user who breaches these conditions.
12. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute arising from the interpretation or performance of these terms, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of the consumer's place of residence, in accordance with the consumer protection regulations in force in Spain.
For any complaint, the customer may also use the European online dispute resolution platform available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
